Simplifying Estate Planning

Warner Jones

Member of Carter Shelton Jones, PLC

I am an attorney helping people develop estate plans through wills, trusts, advance healthcare directives, durable power of attorneys and living wills. I enjoy helping my clients develop a solid estate plan in the most convenient and efficient way possible for them. My goal is to deliver complete estate plans to my clients within the week of receiving the necessary information. I charge a flat fee that can be paid by check, ACH or credit card when the documents are completed.

I am lucky to have focused my legal practice on establishing estate plans for people in Tennessee. It has been a great way to meet so many different people, while helping them plan for the future. I find that many of my clients are relieved while feeling a sense of accomplishment and comfort knowing that they have chosen their path for succession. I have also found that my clients appreciate that I am able to charge a flat fee for estate planning work.

Making Estate Planning simple for your family

Our attorneys have refined their practice to make the estate planning process as streamlined and convenient as possible for busy families. Our ability to leverage technology and the latest forms of communication allows us to be flexible and meet the need of people with packed schedules. We know that it’s not always convenient for clients to drive to our offices in Green Hills for multiple meetings, so we offer the option to meet by video conference in an easy to use link via Zoom for the initial planning meeting. We also provide one evening a week for clients to schedule initial planning meetings on Zoom.

We are transparent about our fees. We typically charge a flat fee which can be paid by check or credit card (we don’t charge a fee for accepting credit cards, so rack up the points!). Our low overhead business model allows us to be extremely competitive on price for our services without compromising the quality of our work.
